3. Trusted Third-Party Partner Suppliers and Order Fulfillment

EP AI Ecommerce is a dropshipping platform. Products displayed on our stores are sourced from trusted third-party partner suppliers. When you place an order for a catalog product:

Your name, email address, and shipping address are shared with the relevant partner supplier to fulfill your order.
The partner supplier ships the product directly to you.
Our partner suppliers have their own privacy policies governing the data they receive from us.

We only share the minimum information necessary to complete your order. We do not publicly disclose the specific names of our partner suppliers in order to protect our business relationships.

4. AI Technology and Data Processing

EP AI Ecommerce is an AI-powered platform. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of certain data by AI systems to deliver platform features, including:

Store chat conversations may be processed by AI language model providers to generate responses. Message content only is processed — no personal identifiers are included in AI requests.
Product search and recommendation features use AI to surface relevant products based on your interactions.
Text-to-speech features process text content to generate audio responses. No personal data is transmitted to voice service providers.
AI-generated product descriptions and store content are created using automated language models and reviewed by store owners before publishing.

We continuously evaluate our AI providers to ensure they meet appropriate data protection standards. AI technology is fundamental to the operation of this Platform, and by using EP AI Ecommerce you agree to its use for as long as the Platform remains in operation.

5. Service Providers

We use the following trusted third-party services that may process your data as part of Platform operations:

Google Firebase — database, authentication, and file storage
Stripe — payment processing
Netlify — website hosting and edge functions
OpenAI — AI chat responses (message content only, no personal identifiers sent)
ElevenLabs — text-to-speech for AI voice (text only, no personal identifiers)
Trusted Third-Party Partner Suppliers — product sourcing and order fulfillment (name, email, and shipping address shared for order processing only)

Each of these providers operates under its own privacy policy and data processing agreements. We choose providers that maintain industry-standard security and privacy practices.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use Firebase Authentication cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party marketing cookies. You can clear cookies at any time through your browser settings, which will log you out of the platform.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Order records are kept for a minimum of 3 years to comply with business and tax record requirements. Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms and Conditions (including Content Policy violations) may have their data deleted immediately. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time (see Section 9).

8. Children's Privacy

EP AI Ecommerce is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will promptly remove it. Any account found to contain content that exploits or endangers minors will be immediately terminated and reported to appropriate authorities.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
